Cement Mortar Lined Steel Pipes

This product is developed and designed by our company through investigating and learning from American production technologies and making subsequent improvements. It is available in two anti-corrosion types:one is internal mortar lining with external polyurethane anti-corrosion coating,and the other is cement mortar protective layer both inside and outside.

I. Product Performance

(1) The internal mortar lining enhances the overall stiffness of the steel pipe, greatly improves its deformation resistance, and reduces the designed wall thickness of the steel pipe.

(2) The rigid solvent-free polyurethane anti-corrosion coating on the external wall features high adhesion and good bonding strength with the steel pipe (up to 20 MPa). It is eco-friendly, offers good chemical corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and enables convenient field joint repair.
